四平市497名高中生急救知识水平调查

An investigation on current high school students＇ first aid knowledge level in Siping City

目的 了解四平市高中生的急救知识与急救技能掌握情况,探讨高中生急救知识不足的原因,为相关部门培训提供参考依据.方法 采用一般资料调查表和急救知识与急救技能调查问卷,采用方便抽样抽取四平市某高中学生为研究对象,抽取497名高一、高二学生进行问卷调查.结果 四平市高中生急救知识与急救技能测试成绩及格率为4.23％;单项测试成绩中,心肺复苏的及格率最低为1.8％,创伤急救成绩及格率为34.6％,其他急救知识中,触电、中暑、中毒的及格率分别为83.70％、44.06％和13.48％.高二生成绩显著高于高一生,P＜0.05.高中生通过电视和网络获得急救知识的分别占49.5％、22.7％,在培训班中获得急救知识的仅占3％.结论 四平市高中生急救知识水平较低,应加强开展相关急救知识及技能培训课程,提高学生急救知识与技能.

Objective To explore the high school students＇ first aid knowledge level in Siping City.Methods A guestionnal survey on first aid knowledge was given to 497 senior high school students who were randomly selected in Siping City,194 males and 303 female,234 of gradel and 263 of grade 2.Results Only 4.23％ of the participants passed the first aid skills and knowledge test,with the individual pass rates as follows：1.8％ for cardiopulmonary resuscitation,34.6％ for trauma,83.70％ for electric shock,44.06％ for heatstroke and 13.48％ for poisoning.49.5％ for participants obtained the knowledge through television and 22.7％ through online network.Only 3％ of them learned it through professional training class.Conclusion The first aid knowledge level of the high school students in Siping City is rather lower.
