五酯滴丸联合双环醇片治疗抗结核药所致肝功能损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Wuzhi dropping pills combined with bicyclol pills in the treatment of liver function injury caused by antitubercular agent

目的观察五酯滴丸联合双环醇片治疗抗结核药所致肝功能损伤的疗效。方法 72例抗结核治疗后肝功能损伤的肺结核初治患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组给予五酯滴丸联合双环醇片治疗,对照组仅给予双环醇片治疗,两组疗程均为14 d。检测治疗前后两组肝功能指标的变化。结果两组病例临床症状及肝功能指标变化情况均明显,但总有效率治疗组97.2%,对照组80.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组肝功能变化情况较对照组明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五酯滴丸联合双环醇片可以有效治疗抗结核药所致肝功能损伤。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Wuzhi dropping pills combined with bicyclol pills in the treatment of liver function injury caused by antitubercular agent. Methods A total of 72 cases of liver function injury caused by antitubercular agent in initial treatment of tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 36 cases. The treatment group was treated by Wuzhi dropping pills combined with bicyclol pills, and the control group received bicyclol pills alone. The treatment lasted for 14 d in both groups. Liver function indexes were detected before and after treatment in both groups. Results Changes of clinical symptom and liver function index were obvious in both groups, while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%, and that of the control group was 80.6%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the change of liver function in the treatment group was clearer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Wuzhi dropping pills and bicyclol pills is an effective treatment of liver function injury caused by antitubercular agent.
