中药治疗慢性便秘60例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 60 cases with chronic constipation treated by traditional Chinese medicine

目的分析中药治疗慢性便秘的临床治疗效果。方法 60例慢性便秘患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组口服麻仁丸治疗,观察组使用中药方剂辨证治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组治愈率20.0%,有效率66.7%。观察组治愈率73.3%,有效率96.7%。观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗慢性便秘有显著效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analysis the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic constipation. Methods There were 60 cases with chronic constipation randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group contained 30 cases. The control group received Maren pills by oral administration, and the observation group was treated by syndrome differentiation treatment with Chinese medicine prescriptions. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the control group was 20.0%, and the effective rate was 66.7%. While, the cure rate of the observation group was 73.3%, and the effective rate was 96.7%. The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic constipation has significant effect, and is worth clinical promotion.
