构建护理防控体系对慢性心力衰竭患者康复的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of nursing prevention and control system for the recovery of patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨护理防控体系构建对慢性心力衰竭患者康复的临床疗效。方法慢性心力衰竭患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均给予西医常规抗心力衰竭治疗,对照组患者给予常规心力衰竭护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理防控体系构建,干预1个月后,观察指标包括:治疗前后NYHA心功能分级、Lee氏心力衰竭积分、生活质量评分、六分钟步行试验、超声心动图指标。结果治疗前,各项观察指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的治疗后心功能分级、Lee氏心力衰竭积分、生活质量评分、六分钟步行试验、超声心动图指标(E/A除外)水平均较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理防控体系构建对慢性心力衰竭临床疗效显著,对慢性心力衰竭患者的预后具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the nursing prevention and control system for recovery of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 30 cases each group. Two groups of patients were given routine anti-heart failure treatment. The control group was given conventional nursing measures for heart failure, and the observation group was added with nursing prevention and control system. 1 month after the intervention, outcome measures, including NYHA cardiac functional grading before and after the treatment, Lee scoring system, the score of life quality, the six minute walk test, and ultrasonic beckoning map index were observed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the observed indicators （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the cardiac functional grading, Lee scoring system, the score of life quality, the six minute walk test, and ultrasonic beckoning figure index （except E/A） level were significantly improved. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing prevention and control system has good clinical effects on chronic heart failure, and has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.
