摘要
新职工岗前培训是促进员工从学生快速转化为医院人员的一个过程,是留住新职工的关键环节,是医院人才培养的重要方面。本文通过分析本院2013年新职工岗前培训人员的问卷调查结果,了解、掌握参加培训人员对岗前培训的内容、形式、时间安排等方面的看法和建议,为今后顺利开展岗前培训工作提供宝贵参考。
Hospital pre-job training is aimed to promote the new staff’s transition from student to the medical personnel rapidly, and also is the key to keep new staff members and the important part of the cultivation of medical personnel. This paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey of the pre-job training for the new staff in 2013, in order to know their recommendation and suggestions on the content, form, time and other aspects of the pre-job training. Hence some valuable advices and suggestions can be provided for the future work.
