摘要 长期以来,人们认为煤、水和石油等天然能源是取之不尽、用之不竭的。在这种思维之下,地球上的天然能源一度被无休止地开发使用。目前,人类面临着能源枯竭的危机,节能已成为必然趋势。就建筑市场而言,节能与舒适度之间存在着一定的矛盾,这就需要不断地提高建筑技术水平。建筑耗能所占的比率为35%~40%,而建筑物的取暖和空调的能耗又占到建筑物总耗能的50%~75%因此,如果我们采取有效的建筑节能措施,尤其是对建筑围护结构的外墙进行外保温隔热处理,就可以节约冬季采暖和夏季空调能耗的35%~45%.以往主要通过暖通空调设备满足人们的温度需求,而如今主要通过加强建筑物的保温和隔热能力减少热量散失,使室内温度满足人体舒适度的要求,并以此降低建筑的能耗。因能耗的降低,进而减少了二氧化碳和其他废物的排放量,抑制了不可再生资源的浪费,这样做不仅有利于消退“温室效应”,还有利于推进“可持续发展”战略,我们应为给子孙后代留下更多的资源而作出贡献。 For a long time, people think that natural energy such as coal, oil and water is inexhaustible, inexhaustible. Under this kind of thinking, the earth's natural energy once used by the endless development. At present, the mankind is faced with the crisis of energy depletion; energy conservation has become an inevitable trend. In terms of construction market, there is contradiction between energy saving and comfort, it is need to constantly improve the level of construction technology. The ratio of buiiding energy consumption accounts for 35% - 40%, and the structure of the heating and air conditioning energy consumption and buildings account for 50% - 50% of total energy consumption. Therefore, if we take effective building energy conservation measures, especially for building palisade structure of external wall external thermal insulation treatment, can save the winter heating and summer air conditioning energy consumption of 35% - 45% in the past mainly by hvac equipment to meet the demand of the temperature of the people, and now mainly by strengthening the structure of the heat preservation and heat insulation ability to reduce heat loss, make indoor temperature to meet the requirements of the human body comfort, and reduce building energy consumption. Due to lower energy consumption, thus reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide and other waste, suppresses the non-renewable resources waste, to do so is not only beneficial to resolve the "greenhouse effect", and conducive to promoting the strategy of "sustainable develooment", we should leave future generations more resources and make contribution.
