在目前的合同管理中,应加强制度管理和风险管理,树立合同管理意识,普及合同管理知识,提高项目风险防范意识。如果在实施过程中没有严格按照合同中的约定执行,也没有具备风险防范意识,一旦发生合同纠纷,就会造成较大的经济损失。
