Effect of Strengthening the Management of Goal Responsibility and Promote Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction

企业既是社会产能主体,又是耗能大户,尤其是大型生产企业,表现更为突出。因此,这种类型的企业不但要担负起推动社会经济发展的责任,更要成为全社会节能减排的主力军。从作者所在单位工作实际情况出发,论述了落实目标责任管理、加强节能减排课题研究、机制创新、管理创新、技术创新等工作的重要性,并就发展循环经济道路,为建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会作出贡献的一些情况进行探讨。

Enterprise is a social main body, capacity and energy consumption, especially large-scale production enterprises, the performance is more outstanding. Therefore, this type of enterprises not only should shoulder the responsibility to promote the development of social economy, more to become the main force of the whole society for energy conservation and emissions reduction. Starting from the author place unit work actual situation, this paper discusses the implementation of goal responsibility management, strengthening energy conservation and emissions reduction research, mechanism innovation, management innovation, technological innovation and the importance of the work, and the development of circular economy, to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society to contribute some conditions are discussed.
