摘要
提出了一种呈圆环形照度分布的LED均匀照明自由曲面透镜配光方案.即以边缘光线理论及Snell定律推导自由曲面的面型坐标方程,借助Matlab编程求解面型的数据点,通过建模软件Solidworks和光学软件Tracepro对建立的透镜的应用进行仿真与分析.仿真结果表明,在透镜中心高度高于5倍LED发光面尺寸时,照明的均匀度高于82.5%,能量利用率高于94.2%,且照明距离对照明效果的影响极小,符合国家标准.
A freeform lens lighting program was presented for LED uniform illumination, which could form an armillary illuminance distribution. The coordinate equation of freeform surface was derived based on the edge- ray theory and Snell law. the data points of surface were solved by Matlab programming. The application of the freeform lens lighting program was simulated and analyzed with Solidworks and the optical software Tracepro. The results show that the illuminance uniformity of the lens is above 82.5% and the efficiency is above 94.2% when the height of the lens is more than 5 times of the size of LED emitting surface. In addition, the lighting distance has little impact on the illuminating effect. So this design meets national standards,
