Cooperation between schools and enterprises plays a significant role in modern vocational education.The cooperation shoudn＇t be limited between schools and enterprises and it should be based on different perspectives and aspects.According to the functions and energy efficiency of the six factors,this paper points out that government should be the leader,with the guidance of industries to help the schools and enterprises get a win-win,to help the teachers and students grow together and to help the society develop in a harmonious way.
