摘要
结合认知理论分析教师情绪的影响因素,从教师自我调控、外界宏观调控两方面探讨有效调控教师情绪的策略,以促进教学活动的顺利开展,形成和谐的教学氛围。
With the cognitive theory,the influencing factors of teachers are firstly analyzed.Then,in order to im-prove the teaching activities to form harmonious teaching atmosphere,effective strategies of regulating teachers emo-tions are discussed from two aspects,namely,the teachers'self-regulating and external macro-control.
