Based on the thorough understanding of company staff and position requirement,we have improved the current “work-study combination”training mode to “work-study combination,job orientation and team spirit devel-opment”mode with the purpose of cultivating the students＇position responsibility,professional skills and team spirit for company requirement to meet the real needs of enterprises.
