阿维菌素类药物酶联免疫快速检测试剂盒的制备及检测效果

摘要：应用酶联免疫法，研制一种用于食品中阿维菌素类药物的快速检测试剂盒。利用该方法与高效液相色谱法检测实际样本对照，其阴、阳性判断结果一致。试验证明检测试剂盒具有较高的灵敏度及特异性，操作便捷、稳定可靠，可作为食品中阿维菌素残留快速检测的一种简便方法。

The method of enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the residues of AVMs in food. The judgment of positive and negative were the same when using ELISA and HPLC to detect the samples. The ELISA method was sensitive with high repeatability and specificity, and suitable for detecting AVMs residues in food.
