基于食品学院科-工-贸的跨学科新型创新团队的构想及实践

摘要：培养具有创新精神和创业意识的高素质人才是大学的主要责任。根据目前关于创新创业型人才培养过程中存在的问题，提出科一工一贸三者紧密结合的创新培养模式，吸纳包括食品、国贸、工商管理等专业学科的学生构成新的创新团队，将专业核心技术一工业工程加工一市场营销贸易相结合，形成跨学科食品创业创新团队的具体构想，为创新创业人才培养及促进产学研模式发展提供参考。

The main responsibility for the university is to cultivate high quality talents with spirit of innovation and career consciousness. Based on the problem that existed in the process of cultivating talents with innovation and career minds, the new science-process-trade combined cultivation model was exposed. Innovation team can be constructed by absorption of students majored in food science, international trade, and business administration, and the core technology-industrial processing-market trade can be combined together to form a interdisciplinary-food related- innovation -career team. This conceive will provide reference for irmovation-carrer talents cultivation and for industry-university-research cooperation.
