当前硕士研究生道德缺失及对策研究

A Study of the Morality Deletion and Countermeasures of MA Students at Present

当前硕士生道德缺失主要表现为纪律涣散、自私自利、抄袭、缺乏诚信、缺乏社会责任感等。造成了以下严重后果:荒废了学业,干扰了他人的学习和生活,学位论文质量下降,师生关系紧张。为了提高硕士生的道德修养水平,应该采取以下措施:高度重视硕士生德育工作,切实加强德育研究;改进德育工作方法,切实加强硕士生德育工作;改进和加强对高校领导干部的监督、管理;改进省优秀硕士学位论文评选办法;大力弘扬科学精神和民主精神,促进研究生培养工作科学发展。

The current morality deletion of MA students mainly has discipline sap, egocentricity, plagiarism, lack of honesty, lack of so- cial responsibility, and so on, which are caused by the following grave consequences： abandoning their studies, interfering with others learning and life, declining quality of degree thesis, tense relationship between teachers and students. In order to improve moral standard of the MA students, the author of this paper think the following countermeasures should be taken at least： 1. attaching great importance to the moral education of MA students, practically strengthening the research of moral education; 2. improving the methods of moral education, practically strengthening the moral education of MA students; 3. improving and strengthening the supervision and manage- ment of leading cadres in universities; 4. improving the selection methods of outstanding master＇s degree thesis; 5. vigorously carrying forward the spirit of science and democracy and promoting the scientific development of the work of postgraduate training.
