伊拉克Mishrif油层水平井酸化工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 伊拉克Mishrif油层在开发生产中显示出储层非均质性强、储层伤害、多口井产量低等问题,酸化措施能够为目标区储层高效开采提供技术保障。由于Mishrif油层水平井裸眼井段较长,且伤害带呈不均匀分布,采用全井段一次性笼统酸化的方式,很难取得理想的改造效果,必须采用有效分流材料实现均匀布酸。根据储层特点及水平井酸化作业的要求,开展了胶凝酸、自转向酸、可解除油溶性化学微粒的SA-1分流剂的研究,提出了2套基质酸化工艺:胶凝酸+自转向酸组合的连续油管拖动酸化,胶凝酸+自转向酸组合的化学微粒分流酸化。 Mishrif Reservoir in Iraq was faced with the problems of strong heterogeneity,formation damage and low productivity in many wells.Acidizing could provide a technical support for high efficient development of reservoirs.Because of long intervals of open hole in horizontal wells with uneven distribution of damaged zones it was difficult to obtain the ideal effect of reconstruction by using the method of evenly acidized by general acidizing.Therefore,effective diverting material was needed to achieve uniform acid distribution.According to the reservoir characteristics and acidizing requirement in horizontal well,gelled acid,self-diverting acid and oil soluble chemical particles SA-1diverting agent are researched.Two types of matrix acidizing technologies for the horizontal wells are proposed,such as coiled tubing dragging acidizing by alternating injection of self-diverting acid and gelled acid and chemical particles diverting acidizing.
