注水井撬装一体化洗井装置技术研究

Technology Research of Skid-mounted Integration of Flushing Apparatus for Injection Wells

注水井洗井是净化井筒、确保正常注水的重要手段。结合长庆油田洗井特点和现状,开展了撬装一体化洗井装置研究,研制了适合的撬装一体化水处理设备和压力调节阀,并实现了洗井装置的车载,配合水泥泵车,实现了带压循环洗井,水处理效果较好,洗井效率较高,而且作业绿色环保。该装置的研制对于提高注水井洗井效果和环保作业具有积极的现实意义。

Washing of injection wells was an important means of wellbore purification and ensure normal water injection.Combined with the characteristics and current situations of well washing in Changqing Oilfield,a skid-mounted integration of well washing apparatus was studied.A water treatment equipment and pressure regulator suitable for the integrated skid-mounted apparatus were developed,the apparatus was truck mounted,and it was cooperated with cement pumping truck,it was operated with pressure circulation with good water treatment effect and high washing efficiency,and it was environmental protection.The development of the apparatus is of great significance for improving the effect of injection well washing and environmental protection.
