摘要
国外的职业教育在职业教育框架、人才培养和人才评价上积累了很多经验,并形成了一定的理论模式。通过比较之后可知,促进职业教育与普通教育的对接、鼓励行业或企业参与、打造"双师型"队伍、完善职业教育的质量监督保障、加大对职业教育的经费投入、促进职业资格证书成为就业的有力工具等能够有效促进我国职业教育的发展,是我们可以借鉴的方法。
Foreign vocational education has accumulated lots of experiences in the framework, personnel training and personnel evaluation, and formed some theoretical models. Through comparison, we believe that China's vocational edu-cation can be improved in the following ways: to link vocational education with general education, to encourage school-industry partnership, to cultivate "dual-qualified" teachers, to upgrade supervision and safeguard on the quali-ty of education, to increase capital input and to promote vocational certificates.
