顺德是粤菜的重要发源地,顺德餐饮业也具有鲜明的地方特色并成为顺德经济的支柱性产业之一。在分析顺德餐饮业概况的基础上,阐述了顺德餐饮业发展中存在的不足之处,进而提出国际化背景下顺德餐饮业的发展对策。

Shunde is an important birthplace of Cantonese cuisine. With distinctive local characteristics, the catering in-dustry has become one of the pillar industries in Shunde. Based on the survey of Shunde＇s catering industry, this paper analyzes the inadequacies and provides countermeasures for its development under the background of internationaliza-tion.
