摘要
为自主研发激光检测系统,通过正交试验法对LJ—V7060型的激光传感器进行了最优位姿试验,研究了表面粗糙度、倾斜角度和扫描距离对激光传感器最优位姿的影响,得出了激光传感器在特定的倾斜角度和扫描距离在激光传感器测量范围中间位置时使用性能最佳。为检测系统路径规划提供了试验参考,为企业实际应用提供了理论依据,具有一定工程应用价值。
For independently research and develop laser detection system, through orthogonal test method, the optimal pose test is carried out on laser sensor LJ-VT060, effect of surface roughness, slope angle and scanning distance on the optimal pose of laser sensor, it is derived that application performance is the best when laser sensor in the specific tilt angles and scanning distance in the middle position of laser sensor measuring range. It provides test reference for detecting system path planning, and provides theoretical basis for practical application of enterprise, has certain engineering application value.
