综合护理干预改善脑梗死患者语言、肢体功能的效果研究

Comprehensive Study on Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improvement of Limb Function of Cerebral Infarction Patients with Language

目的为了有效改善脑梗死患者肢体功能和语言功能,结合患者的特点通过实施综合护理干预对其效果进行分析。方法将我院收集的72例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,并分别设置为常规组和干预组,给予其相应的护理,对其效果进行对比。结果干预组与常规组实施干预前,简式Fugl-Mcyer评价结果无明显差异,P>0.05;经过干预后,两组均有所改善,但干预组的改善效果更加显著,P<0.05。结论综合护理干预在脑梗死患者语言功能和肢体功能上效果显著。

Objective In order to improve motor function in cerebral infarction and language features, combined with the characteristics of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on the effect analysis. Methods 72 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital were collected, and were set as normal group and intervention group, to give the corresponding nursing, to compare the effect;the intervention group and the conventional group before the intervention. Results Before the implementation of the intervention group and the conventional group, no simple formula Fugl-Meyer evaluation results significantly different, P〉0.05;after the intervention, the two group were improved, but the intervention group improved more significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction of language function and limb function effect.
