颅脑损伤老年患者CT图像计分与血清中IL-12和CRP表达关系的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨颅脑损伤老年患者头颅CT图像计分与血清中白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和C反应蛋白(CRP)表达的关系。方法收集98例颅脑损伤的老年患者,在伤后36 h内行头颅CT扫描,同时检测血清中IL-12和CRP的表达,关注CT图像计分与IL-12和CRP的相关性。同时于3个月后对患者进行格拉斯哥评分。结果头颅CT图像计分与IL-12和CRP的表达呈正相关,CT图像计分与格拉斯哥评分呈负相关。结论颅脑损伤老年患者头颅CT图像计分与血清中IL-12和CRP的表达具有相关性,还与格拉斯哥评分具有相关性,早期患者在CT检查的基础上检测IL-12和CRP的表达对判断预后有一定价值。
