摘要
本文通过对不符合项定义及对核电站常见设备制造不符合项分类方法的全面分析,根据我国核安全法规以及ASME NQA-1的相关要求,结合多个核电项目的工程实践,提出了核电站设备制造不符合项分类方法的建议。该分类方法适用于设备制造厂、承包商和核电站营运单位。
Based on the national nuclear safety regulations and the related requirements on ASME NQA-1, this article reviews several nuclear project engineering cases. It presents conformance definition and a comprehensive analysis of the classifications of frequently occurred nuclear power station manufacturing nonconformities. The article proposes the classification method adopted in nuclear power station equipment manufacturing. This classification method can be adopted in equipment manufacturers, contractors, and nuclear power station operators.
