乳腺炎性纤维母细胞瘤1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 1 病例资料 患者,女,34岁,于2013年6月无意中自行触及右乳肿物l枚,位于右乳外侧,当时约红枣大小,无红肿热痛、乳头溢液、触痛等不适,就诊于其他医院.查乳腺超声：2.7 cm×2.6cm×1.7cm,右乳实性占位BI-RADS4a级.查乳腺钼钯：右乳内见3.1 cm×3.4 cm高密度影,Bi-RADS 4类,不完全除外恶性.患者行右乳肿物穿刺活检,病理提示考虑间叶源性肿瘤,考虑为炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤伴细胞向神经分化,遂于2013年7月12日行右乳肿物扩大切除术,病理符合炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤改变.患者未行特殊后续治疗.2013年9月,患者自觉手术部位逐渐饱满,当时未触及明确肿块.
