摘要
流动人口中很大一部分人在企业就业。这一群体普遍面临工作劳累与生活单调并存、压力较大但解压方式单一、弱势且基本权益难以保障与事务参与度低且沟通渠道不畅等问题。当前,企业社会工作介入企业流动就业者服务方面存在定位模式不清、经费来源单一、介入模式偏差等问题。面对现状,我们需要进一步明确定位以加强专业化建设,通过政企社共同融资以拓宽经费来源,采用重点发展服务外包模式以提高专业服务效能。
A large group of migrants are working in enterprises. Generally, they are faced with problems including tiredness of work, boring life, great pressure, single mode against stress, being too vulnerable to guarantee basic rights, poor participation in public affairs, uneasy communication approaches, and so on. Nowadays, there are problems for enterprise social work to interfere in the service for migrant employees in enterprises such as unclear definition mode, single fund source, deviated interference mode, and so on. Aiming at the situation, we need to improve the efficiency of the service by the following approaches such as conducting a clear definition and strengthening professional construction, enlarging fund source through financing by government, enterprise, and the society, and adopting outsourcing service.
