摘要
教师师德考评是职业教育师德建设中的一项重要内容,然而在当前的职业教育师德考评机制中,却存在考评指标设计科学性不足、考评过程价值导向存在误区和考评结论缺乏客观性等问题。可以采取实行师德分类考评、兼顾考评长短期效应和实现师德"硬督促"与"软督促"相结合的方式来解决这些问题。
The assessment on teachers' moral is an important content in the construction of teachers' moral in vocational education.However, in current assessment mechanism for teachers' moral in vocational education, there are some problems such as design of indexes being unscientific, value guidance on assessment process showing misunderstandings, the conclusion of assessment lacking objectivity, and so on. In order to solve the problems, we can adopt the following approaches such as categorized assessment on teachers' moral, considering the efficiency of both long-termed and short-termed assessments, combining"hard supervision"with"soft supervision"on teachers' moral,and so on.
