摘要
实施"校企合作,双导师制"教学模式,是提高高校人力资源管理专业教学质量、培养应用技术型人才的有效途径。实施这一教学模式的途径包括以下五方面:(1)转变教育观念;(2)建立健全完备的双导师制管理体系;(3)构建高素质的师资队伍;(4)改革与创新教学方式方法;(5)建设校外实习实训基地。
Conducting the teaching mode,"university-enterprise cooperation and double-supervisor system", is an effective approach for us to improve the teaching quality and develop talents with applied technology for the Major of Human Resource Management with undergraduate course. There are five aspects for us to conduct the mode. First, we should transform education idea. Second, we should establish and perfect complete double-supervisor management system. Third, we should set up teaching staff with high qualities. Fourth, we should reform and create teaching modes and methods. Fifth, we should set up outside-school basis for internship and training.
