两种氧化物红外辐射粉料的制备

摘要 以过渡金属氧化物为主要原料制备了颜色深浅不同的两种红外粉料,并对原料配比、烧成温度等影响其红外辐射性能的因素进行了研究。结果表明,粉料高温煅烧后的红外发射率明显提高,深色粉料配方的最佳烧成温度为1220℃。 Two kinds of infrared powder with different shades of color were producted in the experiment.Transition metal oxides were the main raw materials.At the same time,factors affecting of its infrared radiation performance was studied,such as material ratio and firing temperature.The results showed that the great enhancing occured on the infrared emissivity when the powder was heated to a high temperature.The best sintered temperature of the dark powder was 1220℃.
