摘要
本文主要从培养学生个性的作用和小学品德课堂教学现状切入分析,并就品德课堂活动中培养学生个性的几点措施展开论述,提出通过改革教学评价体系,组建稳定的教师队伍,优化课堂活动、关注学生个性多样化,培养学生个性。
This article analyzes the role and status of primary students' ideological cultivation education and measures on personality development in primary students ideological cultivation class activities,and suggests cultivating students' personality by reforming teaching evaluation system,constructing stable teaching staff,optimizing class activities and focusing on students' multiple personalities.
