摘要
以钢厂某板坯连铸结晶器为原型,通过物理模拟,区域化定量分析不同水量、气量、水口底部形状、滑板开口度和水口浸入深度等因素对结晶器内气泡运动终速的影响。研究结果表明:水量、水口底部形状和滑板开口度对气泡运动终速的影响较为显著;当水量为3.16 m3/h、水口底部形状为凹形、滑板开口度为100%时,气泡在上下回流区均有分布,不同位置处的气泡运动终速变化最为平缓,对液面波动影响较小。
Making a slab continuous casting mold of steel plant as prototype, regionalization and quantity analyzing the influence on bubble terminal velocity of different water flow, gas flow, bottom shape of SEN, slide gate opening degree and SEN immersion depth. The resuhs indicates that the influence on bubble velocity is relatively obvious with water flow, bottom shape of SEN and slide gate opening degree.When water flow is 3.16 m3/h,bottom shape of SEN is concave and the slide gate opening degree is 100%, bubbles exist in both upper vortex and lower vortex, the change of bubble velocity on different position is least and the influence on liquid fluctuation is lower.
