摘要
[目的]探索应用蘑菇菌糠制备黄瓜育苗基质的效果,筛选出最佳育苗基质配比。[方法]以双孢蘑菇菌糠为试验材料,采用4因素3水平正交试验设计L9(34),4因素粉碎消毒的双孢蘑菇菌糠、细红土、细干猪粪、珍珠岩的3个水平分别为40%、50%、60%,20%、30%、40%,10%、20%、30%,10%、20%、30%。[结果]4因子对黄瓜成苗率的影响大小为双孢蘑菇菌糠>红土>干猪粪>珍珠岩,其中双孢蘑菇菌糠40%+红土40%+干猪粪20%+珍珠岩30%培养基处理的成苗率最高;对黄瓜株高的影响大小为双孢蘑菇菌糠>干猪粪>红土>珍珠岩,其中双孢蘑菇菌糠40%+红土20%+干猪粪30%+珍珠岩20%培养基处理的株高最高;对黄瓜茎粗的影响大小为双孢蘑菇菌糠>干猪粪>红土>珍珠岩,其中双孢蘑菇菌糠40%+红土30%+干猪粪10%+珍珠岩30%培养基处理的茎粗最粗;对黄瓜苗鲜重的影响大小为双孢蘑菇菌糠>干猪粪=珍珠岩>红土,其中双孢蘑菇菌糠40%+红土30%+干猪粪30%+珍珠岩20%培养基处理的苗鲜重最重。[结论]综合考虑,双孢蘑菇菌糠40%、红土30%、干猪粪20%、珍珠岩20%的基质配比处理幼苗生长良好。
[Objective] The aim was to explore the application effect of cucumber breeding substrates prepared by worthless stuff of mushroom,to screen out the best breeding substrate ratio.[Method] Taking worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus as material,the orthogonal test design of 4 factors and 3 levels L9 (34) were used,thereinto,4 factors were smashed and sterilized worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus (3 levels were 40%,50%,60%),fine clay(3 levels were 20%,30%,40%),fine and dry pig manure(3 levels were 10%,20%,30%) and perlite(3 levels were 10%,20%,30%),resp..[Result] The effects of 4 factors on seedling emergency percentage of cucumber was in order:worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus > clay > dry manure > perlite,thereinto,the seedling emergency percentage of the medium treatment of wort hless stuff of Agaricus bisporus 40% + clay 40% + dry manure 20% + pertile 30% was the highest; that on cucumber plant height was in order:worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus > dry manure > clay > perlite,thereinto,the plant height of the medium treatment of Agaricus bisporus 40% + clay 20% + dry manure 30% + pertile 20% was the highest ; that on cucumber stem diameter was in order:worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus > dry manure > clay > perlite,thereinto,the stem diameter of the medium treatment of Agaricus bisporus 40% + clay 30% + dry manure 10% +pertile 30% was the highest; that on seedling fresh weight was in order:worthless stuff of Agaricus bisporus > dry manure =clay > perlite,thereinto,the seedling fresh weight of the medium treatment of Agaricus bisporus 40% + clay 30% + dry manure 20% + pertile 20% was the heaviest.[Conclusion] Considering comprehensively,the seedling of the substrates ratio of Agaricus bisporus 40%,clay 30%,dry manure 20%,pertile 20% grows better.
