摘要 [目的]研究益生菌对桉树土壤腐殖质的影响,为桉树栽培提供理论依据。[方法]在桉树造林时施用配制好的菌肥与对照肥,进行随机区组试验设计造林试验。3年后通过对非根际土壤腐殖质的测定分析,探讨菌肥对土壤腐殖质的影响。[结果]泥炭土作为基质对土壤的腐殖质影响不大;菌株菌落数对土壤腐殖质有一定的影响;发酵木薯渣作为基质对菌株有一定的抑制作用;用牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基培养的菌株比用阿须贝培养基的菌株效果好;基质为泥炭土的菌肥能增加土壤腐殖质的含量。[结论]1号和2号益生菌肥对桉树林地土壤腐殖质的影响最明显。 [Objective] The effects of probiotics bacteria fertilizer on humus of eucalyptus soil were studied to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of Eucalyptus.[Method]The fertilizer and the control fertilizer were applied in Eucalyptus afforestation for afforestation test by randomized block design.After determination and analysis of the non-rhizosphere soil humus,the effects of bacterial manure on soil humus were determined three years later.[Result] Peat soil as matrix had little effect on humus soil.Strain and CFU had a certain impacts on soil humus.Fermentation of cassava dregs as matrix had inhibiting effects on the strain.The cultured strains in beef extract peptone medium had better effects than those in Ashby medium.Peat soil as a matrix of bacterial manure could increase the content of soil humus.[Conclusion] No.1 and No.2 probiotics bacteria fertilizer had a significant influence on eucalyptus of soil humus.
