海峡西岸经济区4省生态足迹分析

Analysis on Ecological Footprint of the Four Provinces in Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits

运用生态足迹分析法分别对福建、浙江、广东和江西4个省份的生态足迹和生态承载力进行了测度与分析。结果表明,4个省都存在人均生态赤字,而从各种土地类型的比较来看,除了建设用地略有盈余外,其他土地类型均处于生态赤字状态,特别是化石燃料用地。说明这4个省份的消费水平尤其是能源消费水平较高,超过了当地生态承载力,可持续发展状况不容乐观。最后就此提出了建议。

Using ecological footprint analysis method,the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Fujian,Zhejiang,Guangdong and Jiangxi Province was measured and analyzed.Except for construction land,other kinds of lands were in ecological deficit statuses,especially carbon uptake land had obvious ecological deficit.The demands of human consumption especially energy consumption in the four provinces exceeded the capacity of natural ecosystem.The situation of sustainable development in the four provinces was not optimistic.Finally,some countermeasures to realize sustainable development were put forward.
