摘要
[目的]筛选敏感植物,为延边地区利用植物进行环境监测与评价提供基础理论依据。[方法]以延边地区具有代表性的城市绿化植物赤松(Pinus densiflora Sieb.et Zucc.)、红皮云杉(Picea koraiensis Nakai)、旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)、丁香(Syringa oblata Lindl.)4种植物为研究对象,采用过氧化氢氧化法测定过氧化氢酶的活性,研究不同空气污染环境下4种植物叶内过氧化氢酶活性。[结果]空气污染影响植物过氧化氢酶活性;不同植物对空气污染物的敏感程度不同。[结论]旱柳可作为城市空气污染敏感植物,用于延边地区空气环境的监测与评价。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for plant monitoring in Yanbian.[Method] Using the hydrogen peroxide oxidation method to detect the catslase activity,the changes of catalase activity of plants in Yanbian area under different air pollution were studied with the representative plants such as Pinus densiflora Sieb.et Zucc.,Picea koraiensis Nakai,Salix matsudana Koidz and Syringa oblata Lindl.in Yanbian area as research subjects.[Result] Air pollution affect plant catalase activity; Different plants are different to air pollutants in sensitivity.[Conclusion] Salix matsudana can be used as sensitive plants of urban air pollution,and applied to monitor and evaluate the air environment in Yanbian.
