The budget management plays an important role in the development process of the enterprise. In order to ensure the sustainable development, the enterprise needs to do the budget management well. So, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the budget management of the enterprise and puts forward the related suggestions and measures for the budget management to provide reference for it.
