零成本建立临界携液流量快速实时查询系统

摘要 大牛地气田属"三低"气藏,生产井数多,单井产量低,生产统计数据量大;为了充分科学高效利用地层压力携液生产、实现低成本开采的要求,必须建立一套快速、实时计算单井临界携液流量的查询系统,以便准确评价气井携液能力。以往利用基于数据库的网页编程的查询系统,开发成本高、周期长、维护困难、查询速度慢、功能无法灵活拓展;本文利用气田现有Oracle生产数据库编程实现了王毅中临界携液流量模型算法,利用微软windows内置的ADO数据库插件、利用工程技术人员普遍使用的EXCEL的VBA编程实现客户端查询功能;具有开发难度低、功能扩展灵活、查询速度快、零成本的特点,查询系统在大牛地气田投入使用,获得了良好效果。 Daniudi gas field belongs to "three low" gas pool, the number of production well is big, single well production is low, and the amount of statistical data of production is large. In order to fully scientifically and efficiently use the formation pressure to produce the liquid-carrying and implement the drilling requirement of low cost, it must establish a set of rapid real-time query system to calculate critical liquid-caITying rate of single well to accurately evaluate the liquid carrying-ability of gas well. Previous query system is based on database programming, so its development cost is high, cycle is long, maintenance is difficult, query speed is slow, and it cannot flexibly expand the function. This paper implements the arithmetic of Wang Zhongyi critical liquid-carrying rate model by the existing Oracle production database programming in the gas field and implements the function of client queries by ADO database plug-in in the Microsoft windows and the VBA programming of EXCEL commonly used by engineering and technical personnel. It has many characteristics, such as the low flexible development difficulty, flexible function expansion, fast query speed and zero cost. The application of the query system in Daniudi gas field gets good results.
