摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深化,各高等院校为培养优质的人才,不断加强学生工作的管理与提升,力争在日益激烈的竞争中取得佳绩。高校学生干部作为高校学生工作中的一支重要力量,对促进高校教育事业的发展和精神文明建设起着十分重要的作用。开展学生干部培训工作,能增强他们的专业管理能力和执行力,有利于学校的可持续发展,有利于增强核心竞争力和塑造良好的组织文化。本文从当前高校学生干部培训中容易出现的问题入手,提出干部培训要有计划、有目的的进行。
With the deepening of the reform of higher education, in order to train the high-quality personnel, institutions of higher learning continue to strengthen management and improvement of students' work, and strive for success in the increasingly fierce competition. As an important force of university students' work, university student leader plays a very important role in promoting the higher education development and construction of spiritual civilization. Carrying out the training of student cadres can enhance their professional management and execution capabilities, contribute to sustainable development of the school, help enhance the core competitiveness and create good organizational culture. Staring from the problems that easily appear in the current training of university student cadres, this paper proposes that the cadre training should be carried out with program and purpose.
