高职院校人才培养质量监控体系的构建思考

On the Construction of the Quality Monitoring System of Higher Vocational Education

随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,各高职院校越来重视其人才培养质量,纷纷创新其人才培养机制,更新教育理念,并坚持以市场需求为导向,积极调整其人才培养目标。本文以为山东服装职业学院为例,就如何建立人才培养质量监控体系,构建教学质量监控体系框架进行了深入研究。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the higher vocational colleges are increasingly attaching importance to the quality of personnel training, at the same time they carries on the innovation of personnel training mechanism, renewal education idea, adhere to the market demand as the guide, and actively adjust the personnel training goal. Taking Shandong Vocational Institute of Clothing Technology as an example, this paper studies on how to establish the quality monitoring system of personnel training and construct the teaching quality monitoring system framework.
