公共图书馆收费的用户认知实证研究

An Empirical Study on Public Library User Recognition of the Library Charges

文章通过问卷调查公共图书馆用户对图书馆收费的认知情况。用户非常认同基础服务免费,对于免押金借书没有形成一致的观点,认同图书馆成本性收费,不太认同增值服务收费,使用增值服务越频繁就越能认同增值服务收费。年龄和到馆频率是影响用户图书馆收费认同的重要因素。文章提出切实贯彻公共图书馆免费开放政策、制定合理的收费标准、根据馆情决定是否实施免押金借书、加强图书馆营销等建议。

This paper studies public library user recognition of the library charges through survey. Users agree with basic services free of charge, while there is no consensus on borrowing books without deposit.Users consent on library cost fee, but do not assent charge on value-added services, and only those who frequently use value-added services have higher degree of recognition of value-added services. Age and frequency of use of the library are important factors for recognition of the library charges. Such measures as effectively implementing the demand of free service for public libraries, developing reasonable charging standards, deciding whether or not to implement borrowing books without deposit according to library conditions, strengthening and promoting library use through marketing are recommended.
