摘要
针对红透山矿选矿厂生产实际情况,对影响磨矿效率的磨矿结构、磨矿介质、磨矿浓度、装球率和分级效率等因素分析,在理论上提出一系列提高磨矿效率的办法降低球磨机的介质尺寸,并通过实践证明将再磨球磨机介质由φ60mm降低到φ40mm铜回收率提高了2.05%,锌回收率提高了7.12%,金回收率提高了3.69%,银回收率提高了2.94%。
Based on the actual production condition at Hongtoushan Concentrator , some factors affecting grinding efficiency were analyzed such as grinding structure , grinding medium , grinding density , adding ball ratio , classification efficiency and so on , series way of increasing grinding efficiency was put forward on theoretically in order to decrease grinding medium size . It is proved that Cu recovery increases 2 .05 % , Zn recovery increases 7 .12 % , Au recovery increases 3 .69 % , Ag recovery increases 2 .94 % , after re-grinding medium size decreases from ?60 mm to ?40 mm .
