摘要 选择了实验室比较常见且价廉的药品作为液体缓冲剂,选取国标样品水系沉积物GBW07312作为标准试样,通过观察滴加缓冲剂烘干后电极试样状态和摄谱弧焰稳定性,比较测试Ag的含量准确性及各种药品的成本价格,从而筛选出最佳液体缓冲剂。结果表明:液体缓冲剂硫酸铝钾和氟化钠对于测试准确性的提高比较明显,成本价格也比较低廉,适合实验室大批量使用。 Laboratory common and cheap drugs w ere chosen as liquid buffer , national standard sample stream sediment GBW07312 was selected as standard sample , through the observation of baking electrode sample status and spectrographic flame stability after adding buffer , comparison of Ag test content accura-cy and the various drugs cost prices , the best liquid buffer w as selected . T he results show that Liquid buff-er aluminium potassium sulfate and sodium fluoride to the improvement of test accuracy is more noticeable , and their cost prices are cheaper , suitable for laboratory use in bulk .
