颈型颈椎病家兔模型的Ca2+-ATP酶及SOD、MDA含量变化 被引量:1

The Content Changes of Ca2+-ATP Enzyme and SOD, MDA of Rabbit Model with Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis

摘要 目的:探讨处于强迫体位时骨骼肌损伤的机理,为各种非手术疗法(中药、针灸、理疗、推拿等)防治颈椎病和该病的术后康复医疗提供理论依据。方法:建立颈型颈椎病家兔模型,应用颈部肌肉的变性理论,对处于强迫体位不同时期的家兔血清肌肉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)、Ca2+-ATP酶变化情况进行研究。结果:与空白组相比,造模组家兔颈椎后部肌肉组织中Ca2+-ATP酶活力及SOD含量显著下降(P〈0.05),MDA含量增高(P〈0.05);与造模组I相比,造模组II Ca2+-ATP酶活力及SOD含量显著升高(P〈0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:造模后,家兔颈椎后部肌肉组织细胞的清除自由基功能受抑制,脂质过氧化作用增强。 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of skeletal muscle injury on forced posture, providing theoretical basis for various non-operative therapy (Chinese medicine, acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage) preventing cervical spondylosis and its postoperative rehabilitation. Methods:Es-tablishing the rabbit model of neck type cervical spondylosis, applied with degeneration theory of neck muscle, rabbit serum muscle superoxide dis-mutase (SOD) and malonaldehyde (MDA) and Ca2+-ATP enzyme of forced position in different periods were studied. Results:Compared with the blank group, Ca2+-ATP enzymatic activity and SOD content of posterior cervical muscle tissue of model group significantly decreased (P〈0.05),and MDA content increased (P〈0.05);compared with model group I, Ca2+-ATP enzymatic activity and SOD content of model group II increased signifi-cantly (P〈0.05), and MDA content decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The function of posterior cervical muscle tissue cells scavenging free radicals is inhibited, while lipid peroxidation is enhanced after modeling.
