24式简化太极拳对大学生平衡本体功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨24式简化太极拳对大学生平衡本体功能的影响。方法:将206例福建中医药大学的学生随机分为试验组(103例)和对照组(103例),试验组集中进行为期12周的太极拳训练,对照组则保持原有生活方式,于训练前后及随访结束后采用Pro-kin平衡评估系统测试平衡功能和本体功能。结果:12周后,试验组的睁眼平衡、闭眼平衡及下肢本体功能各指标均一定程度上优于对照组,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:太极拳训练在一定程度上有助于提高大学生群体的平衡功能和本体功能。
