颅脑损伤后精神障碍的临床治疗

The Treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury With Mental Disorders

目的探讨颅脑损伤后精神障碍治疗的重要性、方法与效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的颅脑损伤后精神障碍72例患者的临床资料。结果 72例患者经手术、药物、心理等治疗,痊愈63例(87.5%),显效5例(6.9%),好转3例(4.2%),无效1例(1.4%)。结论颅脑损伤后精神障碍是影响颅脑损伤患者预后的重要因素,早发现、早诊断及时采取综合治疗,有利于提高患者生存质量,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the treatment and efficacy of psychiatric disorders after traumatic brain injury. Methods The clinical data of 72 head injury patients with mental disorders were retrospective analyzed. Results After surgical, medical, and psychological treatment,63 cases cured （87. 5%）,5 cases of significant progress, 3 cases of progressive,1 cases of invalid. Conclusions Psychiatric disorders after traumatic brain injury can be an important factor in the treatment of brain trau-ma. Attention should be paid to the early diagnosis and treatment of the psychiatric disorders, which can improve the quality of life and prognosis of the patients.
