摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛的常见原因与护理对策。方法选择2011年3月至2014年3月在我科住院行经尿道前列腺电切术的576例患者进行观察,分析膀胱痉挛产生的原因及时给予治疗和护理。结果 576例患者中有249例出现膀胱痉挛,发生率43.2%。结论通过积极治疗与护理,能降低术后膀胱痉挛的发生率,减轻膀胱痉挛性疼痛,及时解除患者痛苦,促进术后顺利恢复。
Objective To evaluate the common causes of the cystospasm after transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） and nursing care of it. Methods 576 patients who received TURP were observed between 2011.3-2014. 3 to analyze the causes of cystospasm for the treatment and nursing care in time. Results 249 patients（43.2% ） had cystospasm after TURP. Conclusion Active treatment and nursing care could promote recovery after surgery by decreasing the rate of cystospasm and alleviating the pain of it to relief discomfort for patients.
