基于ANSYS的LNG储罐罐体温度场的数值计算 被引量:4

摘要 LNG储罐结构复杂,储罐内部与外界环境存在着巨大温差,罐体温度场的数值模拟结果对于LNG储罐的设计具有参考价值。文章以全容式LNG储罐为例,选取1/12储罐的三维模型作为研究对象,建立了基于ANSYS软件的储罐罐体三维稳态温度场数值计算模型,计算得到罐体、罐底与罐壁连接处和罐顶与罐壁连接处的温度场分布图,并进行了分析。 The structure of LNG tank is complex,and the temperature difference between inside LNG tank and environment is huge. In this paper, the full containment LNG tank is selected as an example, and the steady temperature distribution calculation model of 1/12 tank is built based on ANSYS. The three-dimensional temperature field is calculated. The temperature distribution figures of tank bottom,connection position of bottom and wall as well as connection position oftop and wallare presented and analyzed.
