摘要
文章介绍了富氧推火燃烧技术和富氧引火燃烧技术的原理,以及该技术首次在炼油装置和烯烃装置加热炉改造中的成功应用情况。通过对加热炉富氧推火与引火燃烧应用对比、扁形与圆形富氧喷嘴实验,分析得出:富氧推火燃烧使燃烧火焰向富氧气体喷射的水平分量方向偏移的距离,要比富氧引火燃烧使燃烧火焰向富氧气体喷射的水平分量反方向偏移的距离大;富氧扁形喷嘴推火燃烧和引火燃烧改变燃烧火焰的程度,要比富氧圆形喷嘴推火燃烧和引火燃烧改变燃烧火焰的程度大。
The principle ofthe oxygen enrichment pushing combustion and the oxygen enrichment pulling combustion as wellas theirfirst successful application in furnace reformation of refineryequipment and polyolefin equipment are introduced.Through comparison between the oxygen enrichment pushing combustion and the oxygen enrichment pulling combustion,experiments of flat-shape and round- shape oxygen enrichment nozzles show that: the flame deviation distance of oxygen enrichment pushing combustion pushing burning flame towards the horizontal component direction of oxygen enrichment gas spraying is larger than that of oxygen enrichment pulling combustion pulling burning flame backwards the horizontal component direction of oxygen enrichment gas spraying,while the flame change extent of oxygen enrichment flat-shape nozzle for pushing and pulling combustions is larger than that of oxygen enrichment round- shape nozzle forpushing and pulling combustions.
