摘要
文章对多项油气管道河流定向钻穿越工程初步设计文件的专家评审意见进行了归纳总结,对罗兴江等穿越工程现场施工单位反馈的典型问题及设计单位处理情况进行了分析,希望将总结及分析结果融入到将来的设计文件中,使河流定向钻穿越设计切实做到规范可行,科学指导现场施工。此外,还对设计问题产生的原因进行了剖析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
This paper summarizes the specialists＇ assessment opinions on the primary design documents of several oil/gas pipeline crossing river projects, analyzes typical problems offered by field construction unit for Luxingjiang River crossing project and the treatment issues by design unit. It hopes that the summarization and analysis results could be used in future design documents,so that the design of pipeline river crossing by directional drilling could have the feasible code and scientific guidence for field construction. In addition,it analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward related countermeasures.
