摘要
文章对LNG储罐压力控制及联锁保护系统的组成和理念进行了分析,考虑不同工况下,当储罐超压时,对储罐吸热等原因引起的BOG蒸发量进行了计算,当储罐负压时,对储罐需要的补气量进行了计算,并根据计算结果对接收站BOG压缩机、LNG储罐安全阀(PSV)、真空阀(VSV)的设计参数进行了确定。
This paper analyzes LNG terminal tank pressure control and pressure interlock protection system. The different working conditions are considered. When storage tank is overpressure,the amount of BOG generated by heat absorption of the storage tank is calculated. When storage tank is underpressure,the tank compensative gas volume is calculated. According to the results,this paper determines the design parameters of BOG compressor,pressure safetyvalve and vacuum safetyvalve at the terminalstation.
