摘要
试验旨在研究棕榈粕型日粮中添加甘露聚糖酶对半番鸭生产性能的影响。将600只1日龄半番鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。4组分别为对照组、棕榈粕组、甘露聚糖酶A组和甘露聚糖酶B组。对照组不添加棕榈粕;棕榈粕组分别在0~14 d、15~45 d日粮中添加6%、15%的棕榈粕,营养水平和对照组一致;甘露聚糖酶A、B组添加不同来源的甘露聚糖酶,棕榈粕的添加量和棕榈粕组一致,代谢能降低209 kJ/kg(0~14 d)和418 kJ/kg(15~45 d)。试验表明,0~14日龄阶段,对照组和其他组之间生产性能无显著差异,棕榈粕组增重成本最高;在15~45日龄阶段,与对照组相比棕榈粕组极显著地降低了肉鸭的体增重和饲料转化率(P〈0.01),甘露聚糖酶组与棕榈粕组没有显著差异;甘露聚糖酶A、B组和对照组造肉成本显著低于棕榈粕添加组(P〈0.05),甘露聚糖酶组之间无显著差异。
This experiment was to investigate the effect of mannase on the growth performance of mule duck in Palm Kernel Meal (PKM) diet. Six hundred and 1-day-old healthy mule ducks were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 30 ducks per replicate. The four groups were con- trol group, PKM group, mannanase group A and mannanase group B. The control group was fed diet without adding PKM; PKM group supplemented with 6% palm meal in 0~14 day and 15% palm meal in 15-45 day, PKM group and control group are consistent at the level of nutrient; mannase group A and B are consistent with PKM group in the dosage of palm meal, but the metabolic energy(ME) is less 209 kJ/kg(0-14 d) and all8 kJ/kg(15-45 d) than PKM group. At the same time, mannanase group A and B were added with the mannanase with the same dose but from different sources. The resuhs showed that in the 0-14 day, there were no significant differences between the control group and the other groups on performance,and the PKM group was highest on building cost of meat. On the 15~45 day, PKM group was significantly reduced body weight(BW) and feed conversion ratio(FCR)(P〈0.01) compared with the control group, but there was no siginificant difference between mannase groups and PKM group; but in the building cost of meat, mannase groups and the control group were siginificantly lower than the PKM group(P〈O.O1), but there was no siginificant difference in mannase group A and B.
